Summary

Establishes limits on the length of conditional release for certain charges not involving violence, amends the number of examiners required for fitness evaluations, and specifies the circumstances under which the time-limited conditional release may be tolled, as well as what happens if the time-limited conditional release is revoked. Effective July 1, 2014. (HB2301 HD1)
