Summary

Expands the State's existing electric vehicle charging requirements to include public parking lots. Creates a ratio to calculate the total number of electric vehicle parking stalls a parking facility built after 2016 with more than 100 stalls must have beginning 7/1/2021. Allows the Director of Transportation to fine properties not in compliance with the electric vehicle parking requirements. Establishes a working group to address mobile charging infrastructure and the feasibility of increasing the number of charging stations at Aloha Stadium. Effective 1/1/2020. (SD2)
