Summary

Deletes the provision requiring the Director of Health to hire the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Services Coordinator. Establishes the Elder Justice Coordinator. Appropriates funds for the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia Services Coordinator position, various senior centers, Elder Justice Coordinator position, and services and programs to prevent elder financial exploitation. Effective July 1, 2050. (HB2056 HD1)
