Summary

Requires the Department of Agriculture to establish a 2-year agricultural theft and vandalism pilot project to examine the effectiveness of prosecuting agricultural theft and agricultural vandalism cases in the County of Hawaii. Appropriates funds for the pilot project, including the hiring of two enforcement officer positions. (SD1)
