ADOPTED

Senator Bethel of the 54th offered the following amendment:

Amend the House substitute to SB 181 LC 29 4847S

by inserting after line 54 the following:

“(d) The provisions of this section shall not authorize the recovery of attorneys fees in any tort action.”
