Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 44-1-13 of the O.C.G.A., relating to removal of improperly parked cars or trespassing personal property, concurrent jurisdiction, procedure, automatic surveillance prohibited, and penalty, so as to prohibit a towing and storage firm from placing an instrument designed to restrict movement of a motor vehicle on a motor vehicle in an unauthorized location; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
