A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 24 of Title 33 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to insurance generally, so as to require health plans to provide coverage for less addictive opioids, opioid addiction treatments, and opioid alternative treatments; to provide for a short title and findings; to provide for definitions; to provide for costs; to provide for an insured changing health benefit plans; to provide for an exemption; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
