Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Part 5 of Article 1 of Chapter 11 of Title 15 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to arrest and detention of juveniles, so as to change provisions relating to when interim control of children is permitted; to provide for legislative findings; to provide for an objective written risk assessment, its criteria, and procedure relative thereto; to provide for related matters; to provide for an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
