    2         (PRELIMINARY DRAFT) An act relating to the
    3         ratification of the Department of Environmental
    4         Protection’s rules relating to stormwater; providing
    5         legislative intent; providing an effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    8  
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to ratify rules relating
   10  to stormwater by the Department of Environmental Protection.
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.
