    1                        A bill to be entitled                       
    2         An act relating to pre-K through 12 education; 
    3         expressing the legislative intent to revise laws 
    4         relating to pre-K through 12 education; providing an 
    5         effective date.

    7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 
    8   
    9         Section 1. The Legislature intends to revise laws relating 
   10  to pre-K through 12 education. 
   11         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
