Summary

Revising requirements for the Educational Dollars for Duty program developed by the Adjutant General; requiring an Educational Dollars for Duty program applicant to authorize the release of certain information to the Department of Military Affairs; requiring participating institutions to provide specified information to the Department of Military Affairs; authorizing the department to reimburse certain costs and fees; requiring the Adjutant General to adopt rules relating to specified components of the program; authorizing the Department of Veterans' Affairs to allow the nonprofit corporation's use of property, facilities, and personal services, etc.
