Summary

Removing duties of the Legislative Budget Commission regarding budgets of the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation and the clerks of the court; requiring that certain filing fees for trial and appellate proceedings be deposited into clerks of the circuit court fine and forfeiture funds, rather than into the General Revenue Fund; revising duties of the corporation; authorizing the corporation to amend budgets of the clerks of the court; requiring the Justice Administrative Commission to provide funds to the clerks of court for certain jury-related costs, etc.
