Summary

Providing that a person who knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures, delivers, or brings into this state, or who is knowingly in actual or constructive possession of, specified quantities of hydrocodone, or any salt, derivative, isomer, or salt of an isomer thereof, or any mixture containing any such substance, commits the offense of trafficking in hydrocodone; providing that a person who knowingly sells, purchases, manufactures, delivers, or brings into this state, or who is knowingly in actual or constructive possession of, specified quantities of oxycodone, or any salt, derivative, isomer, or salt of an isomer thereof, or any mixture containing any such substance, commits the offense of trafficking in oxycodone, etc.
