Summary

Creates the Drug Deterrence Pilot Program within the Agency for Workforce Innovation. Provides for the screening of individuals to determine which individuals must be tested. Provides terms of disqualification of benefits. Provides for authentication and the admissibility of drug tests in unemployment compensation hearings. Directs the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability to submit a report to the Governor and Legislature, etc.
