Summary

Proposing an amendment to the State Constitution to limit the period during which the Legislature may reconsider the veto of a specific appropriation of a general appropriation bill to 90 days after the Governor files objections, to require a vetoed specific appropriation from the general revenue fund which is not legislatively reinstated to be transferred to the budget stabilization fund, and to specify that the amount transferred may not be used in calculating the fund's principal balance limitation, etc.
