Summary

Directing the Division of Administrative Hearings to appoint an administrative law judge or special master to determine a basis for equitable relief for the purpose of compensating Mr. Pitts for the wrongful acts or omissions of the State of Florida or officials thereof; authorizing compensation to Mr. Pitts upon a determination by an administrative law judge; directing that certain court orders and judgments be declared null and void; directing the Department of Law Enforcement to remove access to criminal records related to Mr. Pitts and to ensure the compliance, execution, and enforcement of specified provisions, etc.
