Summary

Authorizes personal representative to have access to specified digital assets of decedent; authorizes guardian to have access to specified digital assets of ward; authorizes agent to have access to specified digital assets of principal; authorizes trustee to have access to specified digital assets held in trust; provides rights of fiduciary relating to digital assets; provides that specified provisions in terms-of-service agreement are unenforceable or void as against strong public policy of state; provides requirements for compliance for custodian, personal representative, guardian, agent, trustee, or another person that is entitled to receive & collect specified digital assets; provides for damages if demand for trust instrument is not made in good faith by custodian; provides immunity for custodian & its officers, employees, & agents for action performed in good faith & in compliance with act; provides applicability.
