This program provides evidence-based, cost effective home visiting for parents of children aged birth to five years living in underserved rural America to build strong foundations for parenting and school readiness to propel children toward a lifetime of learning. This is accomplished via the delivery of: (1) early childhood education services to pregnant women and children birth to five years of age, (2) education services to the children's parents, and (3) ongoing staff training to community early childhood educators.
