The Committee on Appropriations (Rouson) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 087             Provides $499,247 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Mentoring and Wraparound Services for 
Spec App:  318A          Youths Impacted by Fatherlessness (SF 2548). Reduces 
                         the same amount in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds from Neighborly Care Network Meals on Wheels 
                         services in Pinellas County (SF 2723).
