The Committee on Appropriations (Perry) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 02              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 012             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Lighthouse Vision Loss Education Center 
Spec App:   50           Mobility Training Studio (SF 1143). Reduces funding 
                         by the same amount from the Graduation Alternative 
                         to Traditional Education (GATE) Scholarship Program.

DELETE the proviso immediately following Specific Appropriation 75A:

From  the  funds  in Specific Appropriation 75A, $7,000,000 in recurring
funds  and  $3,422,622  in  nonrecurring  funds  are provided to support
public   postsecondary   institutions   in   providing   the  Graduation
Alternative  to Traditional Education (GATE) program pursuant to section
1009.711, Florida Statutes, and are contingent upon SPB 2516, or similar
legislation, becoming a law.

AND INSERT:

From  the  funds  in Specific Appropriation 75A, $7,000,000 in recurring
funds  and  $3,072,622  in  nonrecurring  funds  are provided to support
public   postsecondary   institutions   in   providing   the  Graduation
Alternative  to Traditional Education (GATE) program pursuant to section
1009.711, Florida Statutes, and are contingent upon SPB 2516, or similar
legislation, becoming a law.
