The Committee on Appropriations (Grall) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 02              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 006             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring PECO trust fund 
                         for Gulf Coast State College Construct Multi-Purpose 
Spec App:   17           Classroom and Community Emergency Shelter Space (SF 
                         3033). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Gulf Coast State College Remodel and Construction of 
                         Nursing/Hospital SIM Lab.
