147th GENERAL ASSEMBLY

SENATE BILL NO. 180

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE SPEED ENFORCEMENT AND ARREST.


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:


Section 1. Amend Chapter 7, Title 21 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows and by redesignating accordingly:

§701 Arrest without warrant for motor vehicle violations.

(d) "State highways," as used in subsection (c) of this section, include the following:

(9) Delaware Route 4;


SYNOPSIS

This bill adds Delaware Route 4 to the list of state highways requiring certain signage for speed enforcement.
