Summary

This bill reduces the minimum number of reassignments a dealer must buy from 10 to 5. Dealers can still purchase quantities greater than 5 if needed. Additionally, this bill makes 2504 consistent with 2129(b), Title 21 of the Delaware Code which allows dealers to only purchase 5 temporary tags at a time.
