HOUSE BILL NO. 49

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TRANSFER OF TITLE, REGISTRATION AND LIENS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1.Amend Section §2504(c), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underlining and deletions as shown by strike through as follows:

(c) Dealer reassignment forms may be issued to a qualified dealer upon application for not less than 10 5 such forms and payment of a fee of $10 for each form.

SYNOPSIS

This bill reduces the minimum number of reassignments a dealer must buy from 10 to 5.
