AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO TRANSFER OF TITLE, REGISTRATION AND LIENS. |
Section 1.Amend Section §2504(c), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by making insertions as shown by underlining and deletions as shown by strike through as follows:
(c) Dealer
reassignment forms may be issued to a qualified dealer upon application for not
less than 10 5 such forms and payment of a fee of $10 for each
form.
SYNOPSIS
This bill reduces the minimum number of reassignments a dealer must buy from 10 to 5. Dealers can still purchase quantities greater than 5 if needed.Additionally, this bill makes §2504 consistent with §2129(b), Title 21 of the Delaware Code which allows dealers to only purchase 5 temporary tags at a time. |
