Summary

As introduced Bill 25-0832 would require that all candidates, political action committees, political committees and other entities involved in political advertising, using artificial media, be prohibited from distributing artificial media within 90 days of an election that does not conform to certain disclosure requirements. It would permit injunctive relief by the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the issuance of civil fines by the Campaign Finance Board for any violations.
