AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAKING OF EASTERN OYSTERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Section 26-234b of the general statutes is repealed. (Effective from passage)


This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
Section 1	from passage	Repealer section

Statement of Purpose:

To make Connecticut's oysters competitive in the boutique oyster raw bar market.
