AN ACT CONCERNING A SUNSET DATE FOR BOND AUTHORIZATIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the general statutes be amended to provide that all legislative bond authorizations that are not allocated by the State Bond Commission within five years of the date of authorization are repealed.

Statement of Purpose:

To repeal all legislative bond authorizations not allocated by the State Bond Commission within five years.
