AN ACT REQUIRING A REDUCTION IN THE NUMBER OF STATE MANAGERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all state agencies to immediately reduce the number of managers in such agency to a ratio that is equivalent to the ratio of managers within comparable businesses in the private sector.
Statement of Purpose:
To make state government more efficient by creating parity between government and the private sector.
