AN ACT CONCERNING MARRIAGE LICENSE FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to waive the fee for obtaining a certified copy of a marriage license for any couple whose civil union was merged by operation of law into a marriage.
