AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY THE EVICTION PROCESS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study the eviction process, including, but not limited to, the length of the eviction process and its impact on landowners and tenants.
