AN ACT CONCERNING THE AUTOPSY RESULTS OF A CHILD WHO IS A MURDER VICTIM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 1-210 and 19a-411 of the general statutes be amended to permit the parent of a child whose death is caused by murder to restrict public access to the autopsy results.
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the parent of a child who is a murder victim to keep private the autopsy results.
