AN ACT REQUIRING A CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORDS CHECK OF EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS OF HOME HEALTH CARE AGENCIES AND HOMEMAKER-COMPANION AGENCIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a criminal history records check of all current and future employees and subcontractors of home health care agencies and homemaker-companion agencies.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the residents of home health care agencies and homemaker-companion agencies.
