AN ACT CONCERNING REPRESENTATION ON THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS' AFFAIRS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 27-102n of the general statutes be amended to provide that the members appointed to the Board of Trustees for the Department of Veterans' Affairs shall include a representative from Disabled American Veterans.

Statement of Purpose:

To require that a representative of Disabled American Veterans be included on the Board of Trustees for the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
