AN ACT HONORING THE NATION'S FALLEN SOLDIERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 3-10f of the general statutes be amended to provide that (1) on the twenty-first day of each month the national flag shall be flown at half-staff, and (2) on such day, at twelve o'clock noon, an individual may pause and observe a moment of silence for twenty-one seconds in honor of the nation's fallen soldiers.

To honor the nation's fallen soldiers.
