AN ACT INCREASING PENALTIES FOR "DO NOT CALL" VIOLATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 42-288a of the general statutes be amended to double the fine for willful violations of the state's "Do Not Call" program.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the penalties for willful violations of the state's "Do Not Call" program.
