AN ACT CONCERNING LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to require life insurance policies to include a sixty-day grace period and allow policyholders to designate a third party to receive nonrenewal and cancellation notices on their behalf.
