AN ACT CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF STREAMFLOW REGULATIONS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 26-141b of the general statutes be amend to require that the Department of Environmental Protection work in consultation with the Departments of Economic and Community Development, Public Health and Agriculture in establishing and adopting such streamflow standards and regulations.

Statement of Purpose:

To ensure that all relevant state agencies have a role in the establishment of streamflow standards and regulations.
