AN ACT PROVIDING CERTAIN MUNICIPAL STORMWATER AUTHORITIES WITH CREDIT, CONTRACTING, BONDING AND ENFORCEMENT POWERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize those municipal stormwater authorities under the pilot program to establish a fair and appropriate credit opportunity for stormwater service fees charged to property owners and operators and to contract, bond and enforce payments.
Statement of Purpose:
To assist the municipal stormwater authorities created under the pilot program.
