AN ACT CONCERNING COMMUNITY RESIDENCES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 8-3e of the general statutes be amended to require that the community residences governed therein be required to comply with all local zoning and land use regulations and ordinances.

Statement of Purpose:

To require community residences to comply with local zoning and land use regulations and ordinances.
