AN ACT REQUIRING THE BOARD OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION TO STUDY AND IMPLEMENT THE BEST PRACTICES OF NATIONAL MODELS OF BOARDS OF REGENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to require the Board of Regents for Higher Education to study and implement the best practices of the national models of boards of regents for higher education in other states.
Statement of Purpose:
To require implementation of the best practices by the Board of Regents for Higher Education.
