AN ACT CONCERNING TWEED-NEW HAVEN AIRPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of two million dollars be appropriated annually to Tweed-New Haven Airport and that the general statutes be amended to allow (1) state bonding for the taking of nearby trees, and (2) the paving of existing runway safety areas.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage regional travelers to use Tweed-New Haven Airport rather than going out of state for their travel needs.
