AN ACT CONCERNING THE PUBLIC, EDUCATIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMMING AND EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENT ACCOUNT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of three million four hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, and the sum of three million five hundred thousand dollars be appropriated to the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, and that the general statutes be amended to require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to accept and approve applications for grants from said fund.
Statement of Purpose:
To restore funding to the public, educational and governmental programming and education technology investment account.
