AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE CLEAN ENERGY FINANCE AND INVESTMENT AUTHORITY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That the sum of nineteen million dollars be appropriated to the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015, for the purpose of funding clean energy investments.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide additional funding for the Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority.
