AN ACT CONCERNING ZERO-CARBON ELECTRIC GENERATING FACILITIES AND ACHIEVING CONNECTICUT'S GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS MANDATED LEVELS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 16a of the general statutes be amended to provide a mechanism for zero-carbon electric generating facilities to sell power to electric utilities.

Statement of Purpose:

To provide a mechanism for zero-carbon generating facilities to sell power to electric utilities.
