AN ACT INCREASING THE ANNUAL CAP ON THE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSISTANCE ACT TAX CREDIT PROGRAM.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the total amount of all tax credits allowed under the Neighborhood Assistance Act in any fiscal year from five million dollars to ten million dollars.
Statement of Purpose:
To raise the annual cap on the Neighborhood Assistance Act from five million dollars to ten million dollars.
