AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATE CERTIFICATION PROCESS FOR PET GROOMERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a voluntary certification process for pet groomers that is comparable to a certification process proposed in the state of California.
Statement of Purpose:
To improve the professional standards and qualifications of pet groomers.
