AN ACT PROHIBITING EMPLOYERS FROM REQUIRING EMPLOYEES TO RECEIVE MANDATORY FLU SHOTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prevent employers from requiring their employees to procure yearly flu vaccinations as a condition of their employment.
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent employers from mandating that their employees receive flu vaccines as a condition of their employment.
