AN ACT CONCERNING FUNDING FOR RAPE CRISIS CENTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the sum of $5,000,000 dollars be appropriated to the Department of Public Health from the General Fund, for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, for the purpose of providing funds to rape crisis centers in the state, with such funds to be distributed equally to all such centers.
