AN ACT CONCERNING DEADLINES FOR CONSENSUS REVENUE ESTIMATES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Section 2-36c of the general statutes is amended by adding subsection (e) as follows (Effective from passage):

(NEW) (e) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsections (a) to (d), inclusive, of this section, if any deadline imposed pursuant to said subsections falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, such deadline shall be extended to the next business day.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
