AN ACT CONCERNING AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICY INVOICE FEES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit insurers from imposing invoice fees on automobile insurance policies.

Statement of Purpose:

To prohibit insurers from imposing invoice fees on automobile insurance policies.
